I have known Liz and Matt for years, all having met each other while working together at the Redhawk Grille in Concord. I love that I got to watch their love story unfold! When Matt finally popped the question (in a sunflower field no less!) and they asked me to be their wedding photographer, I was over the moon excited. The planning began immediately, Liz knowing the exact theme she wanted: woody and jewel toned. She nailed it!!

The Grand Barn of the Mohicans was the perfect venue for their wedding theme. Set in the heart of Mohican State Park, surrounded by tree houses, with rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in, and all the feels of an elegant woodsy wedding.

Not only did they choose the perfect venue, but they also had the dream team of vendors(see full list below). Wondering if you should hire a wedding planner? DO IT!!! This was my first wedding working along side a wedding planner, and Meredith from Rain Wedding and Event Planning was AMAZING! She anticipated everything before it even happened, and the day could not have run more smoothly. Burning River Entertainment was just about the most awesome DJ I have ever worked with, dancing along side the guests and keeping the party going strong. Did you see the flowers and greenery? Four Seasons Florist did a spectacular job!! SO beautiful!!!
